Your subscription will ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase each month. For example, if you purchase your first box on January 10th, your first box should ship by January 12th, then February 12th, March 12th, etc.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If we are closed for an extended holiday weekend or break, your subscription will ship within one week of our re-opening.
Absolutely! You can let us know via chat or email which scents you would like as long as it's before your box has been shipped.
Yes! Please make sure to use the shipping address for the gift recipient when checking out. If you would also like your giftee to receive email notifications regarding the subscription, please use their email address at checkout.
Yes you can certainly cancel your monthly subscription at any time! But please keep a close eye on the billing date. If you are billed on the 1st but don’t want that box, you have to reach out prior to the box shipping. Unfortunately once this box ships out we cannot process a refund or a return on the monthly subscription boxes.
To cancel, please email us at email@example.com and request to cancel your subscription. You can also cancel through our website directly.
If you don't receive free shipping on your subscription box please reach out and we will refund you the amount for shipping.
You cannot use affiliate or referal codes on subscription boxes. We do however offer free shipping as well as discounts on our boxes.
