How long will my order take? 

Processing time for standard orders are generally 1-2 business days from the order date. Processing times can increase during peak seasons. All products are hand-poured by me and my partner daily. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped as well as an additional email which will include your tracking number and provide the estimated delivery date/time. All orders are shipped via UPS two day shipping to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. Please note during peak summer we will only ship Monday-Wednesday to ensure your order gets to ensure safety without melting.


How much is shipping?

All standard US orders are $6 for shipping fees.

Orders $60+ include free shipping shipping.  (1-3 business days)


How does local pick up work?

Local pick up is offered on a weekly basis. Lucid Coast is a mobile business, therefore we don't currently have a storefront. You can however pick up from us at our local events/markets. We offer local pickup at all markets including the Charleston City Night Market every weekend and Sunset Beach Market every Thursday beginning May 5th, 2022.

Refund & Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have within 15 days of the original purchase of your item to request a return or refund.

If you are requesting a return you will be responsible for shipping charges to help cover processing and handling fees associated with your order.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

The product was purchased within the last 15 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn't used or damaged

Obtain a return number from us

If you are requesting a replacement or refund, the product must proven to be damaged/and or defective, or shipped in error. For an item to be eligible for a replacement/store credit to Lucid Coast we must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged item within 15 days of the date of delivery. Replacement/store credit requests can be sent to and we will respond within 1-2 business days. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will always do our best to make it right for you!


Refunds on Candle Workshops

If you purchase a ticket to one of our candle making workshop events and cannot make it for any reason, you are more than welcome to attend any future workshop. We will also offer store credit for the value of the workshop ticket. All workshop tickets are non-refundable. Effective 12/13/21.


Note: If Lucid Coast Candle Company cancels any workshop all participants will be refunded. All refunded will be processed within 1-2 business days and can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on the customer's bank statement. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a personalized item.
